Instructor Bio: Jeremy Boss
Jeremy Boss has been working in the Intelligence Community (IC) as a GEOINT analyst at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) since early 2011, primarily focused on East Asia maritime issues. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Boss played a leading role in crisis management, guiding the agency’s analytic efforts through several high-impact events. He authored or contributed to multiple PDB (President's Daily Brief) articles, and his reporting was regularly consumed by Pentagon and PACOM leadership. After completing a 24x7 Counterterrorism Watch floor rotation, Mr. Boss returned to the East Asia AOR, focused on analytic modernization and the creation of a culture of innovation within the agency’s Analysis Directorate. Mr. Boss is was a member of Project Sagittarius, an NGA team focused on integrating artificial intelligence into tactical analysis. Mr. Boss is currently playing a critical role in NGA's response to the Israel-Gaza crisis, leading a team of analysts responsible for assessing the capabilities and intentions of Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthi forces.
Mr. Boss is one of the founders of Waymark Intelligence Solutions and a Senior Intelligence Instructor for The Intelligence Training Center (ITC) and assists in running intelligence training and real-world crisis simulation to teach intelligence analysis, structured analytical techniques, and other areas of tradecraft. Mr. Boss holds an MA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and attended The Institute of World Politics (IWP) to study Intelligence. A history enthusiast, Mr. Boss is particularly interested in the Roman Empire, especially the reigns of Aurelian and Justinian.
